Foreign debt has an important and inseparable role in the history of Indonesia's national development. The government has changed seven times, foreign debt is always present to fill the development budget deficit. Debt is expected to help move the wheels of the economy, create growth, create jobs, and alleviate poverty. This study aims to analyze the effect of debt, budget, inflation and differences in government regimes on the Indonesian economy (GDP and Income per Capita) in Indonesia for the 1976-2021 period. The study uses secondary data obtained from Bank Indonesia, the National Development Planning Agency (Bappenas), the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the World Bank, and other reference sources such as books, journals and scientific papers. The data used are the value of foreign debt, APBN, national income (GDP), population, inflation rate, and government regime in the period 1976 - 2021. The results of multiple regression analysis with dummy variables (using the Eviews 10 application program) show the following results: Foreign debt and APBN have a correlation with the condition of the national economy, especially the value of GDP. Debt and the state budget tend to increase the value of GDP. In terms of debt management as a driver of economic growth, the Suharto Era (New Order) tended to be better than the eras that followed. However, relatively speaking, the Habibe and SBY eras tended to be better than the Megawati era, the Abdurahman Wahid era, and the Jokowi era. In fact, Jokowi's era is no better than previous eras. Performance measurement is a process of assessing the progress of work against the goals and objectives predetermined, performance measurement used to assess the achievements manajaer and units of the organization he leads. the concept of managing public sector organizations based on three main elements, namely: economy, efficiency, and effectiveness. This study will analyze the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable, namely the Participation Effect budget and organizational commitment to managerial performance in Islamic hospital Jakarta Cempaka Putih. Results showed partial (according t test) effect on theorganizational commitmen with budgetary participation as moderating variable of managerial performance. Then according to the results of t test, the partial effect on the organization's commitment managerial performance in performing their tasks and responsibilities. In carrying out the duties and responsibilities as a manager, it takes a strong commitment to the organization. Test results F illustrates that the simultaneous participation of the budget and organizational commitment jointly influence on managerial performance. R Square Test results showed R2 values shown in the table amounted to 0.690 means that the variable budgetary participation and organizational commitment, able to explain 69.0% of these variations on managerial performance variable (Y). Every organization that is profit-oriented or non-profit, regardless of the size and nature of its business, requires a number of working capital. Working capital is the most important factor for maintaining liquidity, survival, solvency and profitability of the business. Working capital management is one of the most important areas when making comparisons between a company's liquidity and profitability, which involves a decision on the number of current assets and asset financing. The efficiency of working capital management is very important especially for manufacturing companies, where most of its assets consist of current assets. This directly affects the profitability and liquidity of the company. The trade off between liquidity and profitability is important because if working capital management is not given, companies tend to fail and face bankruptcy. The importance of efficient working capital management is undoubted. Because working capital provides strength for each economic and management unit which is considered to be one of the most important functions of corporate management. Therefore, given the importance of working capital management management this research was focused on evaluating the effect of working capital on profitability, in the LQ45 index manufacturing company for the 2003-2007 period. This research aims to analyze the diversification, mergers and acquisitions of manufacturing companies in Indonesia. The research method used is descriptive qualitative analysis with a literature study approach. The results show that the diversification analysis was developed with various objectives including increasing growth when the existing market/product has reached a maturity stage, maintaining stability by spreading the risk of profit fluctuations, increasing credibility in the capital market, to avoid dependence on a single item or product in circulation. in the market, fulfill the wishes of unsatisfied consumers, increase the attractiveness or interest of consumers, increase sales turnover, increase profits by using the same ingredients, and prevent consumer boredom. The purpose of this study was to determine the productive waqf management and development system at the Al-Uswah Kuala Islamic Boarding School, Langkat Regency, and also to find out the forms of productive waqf management and development at the Al-Uswah Kuala Islamic Boarding School, Langkat Regency. This type of research includes empirical research with a qualitative approach. The subject of this study involved the Chairperson of the Al-Uswah Kuala Islamic Boarding School Foundation, Nazhir Waqf, and the Community, with a qualitative descriptive research analysis. The results of the research conducted show that the waqf management and development system productively at the Al-Uswah Kuala Islamic Boarding School, Langkat Regency is carried out by administering and collecting data on waqf assets, then recording them in a notarial deed so that they have permanent legal force, and carrying out maximum supervision so that the utilization Waqf assets are in accordance with their function and main objective, which is to develop Islamic education as a place to nurture true Muslims. Then, the productive management and development of waqf at the Al-Uswah Kuala Islamic Boarding School in Langkat Regency is carried out in two forms, namely the physical form in which waqf assets are developed by adding and constructing various buildings needed in the educational process at the institution. Apart from that, it is also being developed in the form of waqf management policies especially for the needs of the students, for example providing free tuition fees for orphans and high achieving students so as to help the Muslim community (santri's parents). While the form of waqf assets is distributed to the surrounding community in the form of donations such as groceries and so on at certain moments. So that the productive management and development of waqf assets is in accordance with Law no. 41 of 2004 concerning Waqf. Keywords: Management, Development, Productive Waqf.

UU no. 23 of 2011 concerning Zakat Management as a complement to the previous law, namely Law no. 38 of 1999. This law provides institutional strengthening in integrated zakat management into a unified integrated system. In turn, the National Amil Zakat Agency becomes the only institution holding zakat authority, and the Amil Zakat Institution as a partner in assisting the National Amil Zakat Agency, as well as government oversight as a regulator. The research aims to answer the problem of how the distribution of zakat according to zakat law no. 23 of 2011 in Kab. Langkat. How is the zakat distribution system by BAZNAS Langkat Regency in Karang Rejo Village. What are the factors that cause delays in the BAZNAS distribution system in Langkat Regency. How is the strategy carried out by BAZNAS Langkat Regency to increase the collection and effectiveness in distributing zakat in Karang Rejo Village, Langkat Regency. This research is a qualitative research using a legal sociology approach. The types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, secondary data as initial data obtained from primary and secondary legal materials, then followed by primary data or field data obtained from documents and interviews with several Amil Agency officials Langkat District National Zakat. The results of the study show that the National Amil Zakat Agency in Langkat Regency has not run optimally in the distribution of zakat due to several obstacles, one of which is the lack of synergy with the local government in terms of regulations that have an impact on non-optimal distribution.
